With an array of health and wellness activities, TPC Stonebrae Country Club’s fitness facility provides abundant opportunities to embrace an elevated and active lifestyle. Everything from personal training to group exercise classes and fitness competitions is available for your enjoyment. We feature three fitness instructors who all have different specialties.

Michelle Garcia specializes in joint mobility, flexibility, injury prevention and rehabilitation, strengthening, conditioning and nutrition. She also works with special populations such as sport-specific athletes (golf, tennis, soccer, etc.), youth through senior-aged clients and clients with controlled diseases (diabetes, high blood pressure, arthritis, etc.)

Alyssa Bird instructs the yoga classes offered here at TPC Stonebrae Country Club. She provides yoga instruction for our classes, group lessons and private lessons.

Group exercise classes offered at TPC Stonebrae Country Club: Pilates, Core Interval, Spin, Yoga, Bootcamp, Sculpt, Walking Group (seasonal) and AquaFit (seasonal).
