At the heart of Stonebrae is a Craftsman-inspired multi-story, 32,000 square foot clubhouse. Award-winning architect Mike Marsh is responsible for bringing the Scottish inspiration and grandeur of Stonebrae’s clubhouse to life. Marsh has designed highly-regarded golf clubhouses and resorts throughout the United States, including The Bridges at Rancho Santa Fe, Mayacama, Sonoma Golf Club and the Los Angeles Country Club.

GOLF
World-renowned golf architect David McLay Kidd of DMK Golf Design has delivered a remarkable18-hole course worthy of the extraordinary panoramic views and natural features of the setting. An abundance of rolling grasslands, wind-twisted oaks, and lichen-glazed rock outcroppings make this course a nature lover's delight.

Kidd prides himself on intricate involvement in every detail of the golf courses he designs. This drive for perfection is realized in the course he has etched into the hilltop landscape at Stonebrae. Featuring 18 holes of play that amble across 1700 acres, and including holes framed by natural edged bunkers, the 7,200 yard, par 72 course challenges and engages players of all skill levels.

The golf facility also features a challenging practice area, and includes five target greens with bunkers and a chipping and putting green. A well-appointed pro shop is available to provide a range of added services to golf enthusiasts.

DINING
The Dormy House at Stonebrae embraces the San Francisco Bay Area’s tradition of providing inventive cuisine and a causal, yet upscale, dining experience. Executive Chef Richard A. Bailey serves up his culinary expertise with menu selections that incorporate the freshest ingredients and the most delectable local fare.

After a satisfying round of golf, members can toast the day with a drink at the adjoining bar, or tally up their scorecards on the outdoor wine tasting veranda, as they sip fine Syrah or single-malt Scotch.

BANQUET AND MEETING FACILITIES
Stonebrae will offer meeting and banquet facilities for members to conduct business or personal engagements of all sizes. Whether hosting a board meeting for 20 or a wedding for 200, Stonebrae can accommodate with function space, business support, catering and personalized services that will dazzle guests and create lasting memories.

FITNESS AND RECREATION
Stonebrae Country Club’s temporary sports complex offers a vast range of fitness amenities to suit all members with a state-of-the-art gym featuring circuit training machines, challenging cardio classes, customized personal training and a broad selection of luxurious spa services.

With the tennis court facilities already open, the club will eventually measure an impressive 8,000 square feet and boast a 25-meter swimming pool. After a challenging workout, members will be able to revive with healthy refreshments from our juice and natural foods bar or relax in our lavish locker rooms replete with steam rooms and steam showers.

Located just steps from the clubhouse are four miles of rugged trails maintained by East Bay Parks and Recreation. Here, the possibility for outdoor activities abound, including hiking, mountain biking, nature-watching and family picnics. Our natural landscape is carefully preserved to maintain a balanced habitat for the abundance of deer, wild turkeys, and red-tailed hawks that are indigenous to the East Bay hills.

COMMUNITY
